The research described in this thesis was aimed at the development of photogrammetric application software for a camera-based motion measurement system. The main functions of this software are camera calibration and 3D reconstruction, with the emphasis on calibration. Theory, algorithms and implementation of the developed software, as well as an assessment of its performance in terms of precision and accuracy are discussed.
