Four species new to science are described, illustrated and compared with their relatives with the genus: Cantacader affinis sp.n. from Ghana and Congo-Zaire, C. dilatatus sp. n. from Indonesia (Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi), C. indicus sp. n. from India, and C. natalensis sp. n. from South Africa.
